Yobi maintains a comprehensive privacy and compliance program designed to protect consumer personal data in accordance with U.S. domestic privacy laws and regulations.
Our privacy program is led by Yobi's Chief Privacy and Compliance Officer but includes cross-functional stakeholders across legal, engineering, product, and sales. As privacy is a core pillar at Yobi, we work diligently to continually mature and evolve our compliance efforts, internal and external policies, and company practices to meet all applicable regulatory frameworks such as:
U.S. Domestic Privacy Laws
Numerous state-level data protection laws offer residents of certain states additional rights and protections regarding how businesses may user their personal data. For example, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively referred to as "CCPA") grants Californians such rights. Furthermore, many more states such as Connecticut, Texas, Vermont, and Oregon, and more have passed state-level data protection laws. To the extent Yobi processes personal data subject to the CCPA, or other domestic data protection laws, we do so in accordance with the applicable requirements. Specific details regarding the data Yobi may process is available in the Policies section of this Trust Center.
Yobi prioritizes partnerships with first-party consented data owners. We do not sell or share raw behavioral data. Instead, we create privacy-preserving representations of consumers that contain key signals about intent. This approach unlocks, for enterprises of all sizes, the same insight into their customers that big technology companies enjoy, democratizing the marketplace. Additionally, Yobi does not collect sensitive information such as health information or financial creditworthiness.
